Ann Lydecker, Principal, New York - Connecticut

After roles at Sotheby’s in San Francisco and as Vice President at Christie’s in New York, Ann combines her art expertise with experience in building technology businesses. She has been buying and selling art privately since 2002. She studied art history undergrad and has served as Director of Programming for over 10 years and sat on the Board of Advisors for Artists Talk on Art in Manhattan. She co-chaired the Global Fine Art Awards in 2017, and has been on juries of several art fairs and is an active member of  MoMA Contemporary Arts Council. She has traveled with fine art educational tours to China, Japan, South America and Europe. Ann is a Certified Appraiser from AAA and is frequently invited to share her professional insights through speaking engagements on investing in and best practices for managing your art assets. Her articles on "Investing in art" and "Best Practices for caring for your collection" have been featured in Family Office Publications. 

Deanne Shashoua, Partner, New York - Hamptons 

Deanne Shashoua has over 20 years of experience in the art world. She completed her graduate studies at Christie’s Education and has worked at several art institutions, including Christie’s, Phillips, the Museum of Arts & Design (New York), and the New Museum of Contemporary Art (New York). She was formerly a partner and director of Lyons Wier Gallery in Chelsea, New York, which championed contemporary artists who brought a fresh and interpretative spirit to their chosen genre. In 2020, Deanne established Kasper Contemporary, a Hamptons-based advisory service specializing in the placement of contemporary fine art and vintage mid-century modern design objects.

Sharon Pfair, Partner, Palm Beach

Sharon Phair is an art advisor and curator with knowledge in Contemporary, Modern and Impressionist Art, Photography and Sculpture.  She began her career working for Andy Warhol in NYC in the heyday of the early 1980’s and has a special interest in Pop Art.  Sharon is currently Director at Contessa Galleries, based between Palm Beach and the NYC area, where she helps collectors, companies, and institutions build their collections. She is on the Executive Board of Residency Unlimited, which runs over 60 residencies a year for artists and curators in NYC.
