Since the 1990's, his Cakes have been exhibited in galleries spanning New York to Tokyo. Inspired by works from Komarin’s architect father and the cakes of his mother, a self-taught baker from Vienna, Komarin shares stories of the domestic scenes which were formative in his contemporary work.
